The hotel is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was under maintenance during my 2 week stay and I found a few insects in my room and in the hallway but the staff took care of it quickly. I would stay here again

Stay Review
The place itself looked beautiful, modern, and new, and the location was excellent with a great view from the balconies. However, there is a big difference between new and clean, and unfortunately, cleanliness was one of the main issues during our stay.
The beddings didn’t feel clean and didn’t smell fresh, which honestly affected our comfort. We also had to ask for assistance multiple times because there was no cooking pan, not enough beddings despite the number of guests being indicated in the app, no trash bags, and no accessible remote for the AC. We only realized the AC remote issue late at night and didn’t want to call again in the middle of the night.
We also experienced issues with the doors and keys. The doors were accidentally locked, the keys provided didn’t match the unit number, and we had to request the correct keys. We later found out that some of the door knobs were defective. There were also no floor mats in the bathrooms.
I’m not sure if they are still new to hosting, but there are definitely several areas that need attention. The units themselves are beautiful and the location is great. If they address these missed opportunities especially cleanliness, completeness of supplies, and basic maintenance, I think this place has a lot of potential and could be a really great stay.

The main advantage is the location. It’s close to everything. However, breakfast can be improved. In my opinion, they charge too much for the kind of breakfast we get. I stayed there several times and I noticed no one was checking on the food if it still look good, or check if the food containers (pots/pan etc) are empty. If I get to breakfast by 830am, most of the food looked stale or dried up, mostly unappetizing.
As far as cleanliness, the rooms are clean enough, for the most part. I stayed in the prima room and I noticed a stain on the carpet. Also, they do not check or replenish the coffee /drinks everyday, unless you ask. And they do not check for garbage. Even though I don’t like my room to be cleaned everyday, I like the garbage to be emptied, and the coffee bar /drinks bar checked and replenished. These things can be improved.
