Room was clean enough. The bathroom smelled of piss, so not properly cleaned. And the water in the shower takes a long time to fully drain. The ambiance in the property is relaxing. If you commute, it is so close to the terminal at SM Lipa. They have a big screen tv with Netflix, that made the stay worth it. The staff is nice, there’s free coffee and water too.

The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. Breakfast was really good. I just wish it already came as a full meal instead of adding rice separately. Room delivery is 20 pesos, which is pretty reasonable if you prefer eating in your room since the lobby dining area isn’t the best. There’s also a 50 peso fee if you want to use the microwave for outside food. The staff are very nice and helpful, which made the stay even better.

It was nice and clean. I don't recall seeing it in the listing, but they do offer a laundry services which is pretty cheap. The staff is very nice and do a good job.

Relaxing Moment

Our stay is excellent, very relaxing with natural environment around the facility, no traffic noises and walking distance in the near mall. The serve very local foods during breakfast and staff are friendly and accommodated. You can spend time outside your room looking around and felt the quiet ambiance in refreshing your mind away to stress work.
