Seda Nuvali is an absolute gem of a place. We enjoyed our room which was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was the reason why my pants wont fit anymore. The dinner with music was magical. Cant wait to book there again.

Hotel was overall good, room was great and location was convenient. However, lots of hidden rules and charges if you bring your pet. And they charge you over a quarter of your room rate for it whilst also claiming they are “pet friendly property” - I think this is disingenuous for hotels to do, all for its marketing!

The breakfast buffet was incredible. They had alot of options. The swimming pools were amazing. They had live band at night. They had a game room with fooseball/air hockey table, ps5, and xbox. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant were professional and polite. I would recommend a staycation for the family. Malls were in walking distance. We plan on going back next month. Overall I like the property and staff. Staff is very helpful, respectful, and kind. The only thing is our room is supposed to come with robes but no robes until I asked for some toiletries. I think there should also be a hair dryer but there wasn't. The soap scum, the black stuff were not properly caulked as you can see the black stuff and it looks dirty. The telephones are dusty, need to be cleaned and sanitized. These little details would have given the hotel a bigger impression

Nice firm king bed with super soft sheets and good pillows for us to rest on after a full day of activities. The breakfast could get crowded in the peak later hours. They had a shuttle to the mall which was helpful when it was scorching hot for us Americans during the day. The staff were super wonderful. Overall, wonderful experience!
