“Very pleasant room in pub /hotel in centre of town with fast wifi and all amenities. Cooked breakfast also included -although quite a short time for breakfast - between 8.30 and 10 on a Saturday. But breakfast was fine.”

“Very helpful staff. Food in restaurant very good. The whole place is clean and there are bouncy castles in the garden for children. They take blue light cards for food. The major disappointment is that the bar and main building shuts at 10pm promptly. Thus no more drinks even for residents and you can’t even sit in the building which is locked. Thus you either sit in the garden or go to your room. Sadly there is nowhere nearby to get a drink etc. crazy beating in kind we were there for Friday...

“Turned up to be told the manager was out and wouldn’t be back for half an hour at least, so we couldn’t check in. So had to sit and wait (we were supposed to be getting ready for a wedding). Manager treated us as though we were some sort of nuisance wanting to check in. So after nearly 45 min she arrived and asked for a £200 deposit… this wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the listing. The rooms were dirty (walls, floors and bedding), the tiled floors with missing grout in our bathroom were...

“Just a one night stop on business so no time to investigate in detail but very friendly and helpful staff and a very nice room. Not a big room but nicely furnished and equipped with a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a couple of pods, tv, iron and board, etc. comfortable bed. Overall a nice comfortable night’s stay.”
