“Comfortable, well equipped 2 bedroom lodge with the living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden, parking space. Very kind owners always ready to talk. Property surrounded by a beautiful nature - green hills, farm animals. Not far are nice trails for hiking. Kendal is only 6 miles away. I recommend this place and I want to come back in the future.”

“Lovely property, very convenient for Windermere area. It was handy that all three bedrooms have their own ensuite. It was lacking a little in kitchen utensils if you wanted to properly self-cater. There were some odd little items missing like hand soap in the bathrooms and only one toilet roll in each room, but otherwise clean tidy. It was particularly hot when we were there, so a fan or two would have helped. The door closers could do with adjusting - a couple of the doors slammed loudly if...

“Amazing weekend.Bit awkward to find as we came in from kendal way ..Sat nav tookus throughmiles of one car wide road but its a paradise corner with stream and garden areas.. Some cottages residential but very friendly especially John..Also has smart TV and excellent wifi ..4 of us on anniversary weekend.Fully recommended..”
