“The hotel room we booked was a superior double although there was nothing great about it we could have staying at a Premier Inn tbh. Bathroom was lovely though and bed was comfy Breakfast was OK as was evening meal although once again nothing special. Obviously the setting by the river was glorious”

“I have stayed here a few times now and we love this hotel. It is a bit tired in the rooms but nothing to spoil your stay. I did find the staff were not a good as they have been. Reception never answer the phone, you have to go down to them. Breakfast is not good. poor selection and poor service. They had no bread left out, no ketchup left. They had 6 empty bottles out for customers to use, everyone was empty. When asked for more, it never came. I ordered from the menu and paid extra. Arrived...
