Lovely stay here with Luna our Greyhound. Room was spacious and very comfortable,. Staff always happy to help and nothing too much trouble. Had Sunday lunch which we all enjoyed. The hotel is lovely and clean. We visited Oulton broads and if we had stayed longer many other places as the hotel is local to some great places.

The hotel is so clean. You have everything you need. Better than some 5star hotels. Staff so friendly. We took our dog with us and they even had a doggy sausage on the breakfast menu. The breakfast was outstanding. Fully reccomend a stay here.

This is a great hotel. The staff, food and accommodation are all very good. We were in a recently opened new part of the hotel and the fixtures and fittings were excellent. We had a problem with the speed of the wifi in our room but the manager made it a priority to get it sorted.

The hotel has some new rooms that are immaculate and clean, the staff and Danny in particular can not do enough for you and go the extra mile with any requests, especially if you have a dog. I would recommend highly.
