“Friendly staff. Upon arrival, there isn’t a person permanently at the check-in desk…not really a problem, but if there was a sign directing newcomers to the bar for assistance, that would help. “The pub was busy and bustling, yet welcoming. Olivia greeted us, smiling and friendly. She was informative and nothing was too much trouble. She gave a really good first impression of the place Breakfast was excellent (Full English and Eggs Benedict). We were once again served by the lovely Olivia.
