Plenty of hot water. Lovely walk in shower, nice room overlooking river. Pleasant staff, cooked Breakfast was hit & miss, good choice of cereals with fresh yogurt & fruit etc.

Lovely spacious room which was clean and comfortable. Tasteful, themed decor with pleasant shower room providing soft and fluffy towels and toiletries. Lovely breskfast provided in the restaurant with very helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend for a stay in Chester due to perfect location by the river, yet close enough to the centre of the city.

I had a great stay here. I checked in late in the day however staff still showed great support welcoming me. My room was very clean and was decorated beautifully. The room had a great tea and coffee station and the bathroom featured a selection on lovely shower products.
