Great base to stay in the heart of Chester. This is a very old building so expect sloping floors as it’s part of its history. Stayed twice now, staff are very helpful as will store luggage. The 3pm checking is rigid

We couldn't fault anything. Staff we're friendly. We had an evening meal and breakfast both we're very good. We stayed in the Brewers Cottage a really lovely cosy room. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again for the end of July.

Perfect location at the top of the historic centre, close to the North Tower on the city walls. Very friendly & helpful staff. A short taxi ride from the railway station. We enjoyed our short stay here & wish it could have been longer. Thoroughly recommended.
