“Hotel con muy buen ambiente e instalaciones ”

“The room cleaning could be improved, as it did not meet expectations. Additionally, basic amenities such as toothbrushes were not provided, which was disappointing.”

“Let's be straight to the point, this is not a 5* hotel and more like a low 4*. The hotel pictures and looking at it from far away, it looks modern and contemporary, but it's only a layer of makeup. - Check in. We were told to take the elevators from the east wing, after 15min of looking for the room and which rooms were very well signed, we went back to reception and now told us (different person, that such a room was on the west wing).. The first person seemed undertrained. - Rooms are nice...

“From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed and appreciated. The resort is absolutely stunning and beautiful, and I can’t speak highly enough about the pool and the beds. The DJ that played there was top-notch in the music was creating an amazing vibe and not overpowering of the scene The rooms were clean and spacious and quiet. They filled the fridge with water and refreshments and came by daily to check if we needed anything. They had a shuttle that they offered that would take you to town...

“Very nice location of the hotel, near to the best - Pantachou Beach, 5-7 minutes walking distance, and near to the city center and main activities. Rooms are cleaned every day, very responsive and nice staff. Good breakfast. Ideal place to stay with children and for families. We are completely satisfied, ideal proportion for the price - quality.”
