“This location is great, rooms arent bad and seemed clean. Its still an old hotel with creeky floors and beds but not terrible. Its a short walk to the beach path, Walmart, Safeway, 711 etc. which is nice. You can use the Prestige Waterfront amenities (their sister property / more fancy hotel) which is only a 5min walk but I didn't use anything there- was only staying one night. Only 5-10mins to get downtown. Downsides- small parking lot (but if you can get parking its free which is nice), old...

“When we arrived at the room, the toilet seat was quite loose, hazardous actually. So we called for the attendant, he came up and said he couldn’t get a new one, which by the way, was not what was required. All we wanted was for the seat to be tightened on securely and safely. HE OR ANYONE, DID NOT COME BACK, during our 3 day stay to attend to this, even though we told them this was not acceptable. Also, there was a piece of flooring missing, that could be a tripping has.
