Excellent location that’s only a short walk to shopping and waterfront parks. The bed and supportive pillows provided a great night’s rest. Other than a train that passes by once or twice a day, it’s very quiet and relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay at Prestige Inn Nelson, the only room available when booking was the basement room and we were upgraded to the room on the second floor when we arrived. Room overlooking the lake and mountains, great comfortable mattress, comfortable showers. We've asked for dinner recommendations and the suggestions were amazing - we ended up going back to the places a few times. From super helpful and friendly staff, to comfort, to easy parking, everything contributed to our awesome stay.

Great front staff member at check in. Quick service to check in. Easy parking. Room overlooks lake and walking paths. Beautiful! Rooms are spacious, great beds, shower has good pressure. Only con is homelessness around area but never bothered us. Be aware the train comes literally behind the hotel twice daily with no schedule! We were ok for our stay but staff mentioned it is very loud!! Ear plugs provided lol!
