Property was in renovation, but fairly clean overall. For the price, service and amenities were pretty good but we had to tell housekeeping to clean our rooms after missing the initial morning run (we left early in the morning and came back in the afternoon, room untouched because they started with ...
Good place to stay and be able to rest after a long day
The Westin Hotels never disappoint and as usual, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I love the soaps they use and they also have mouthwash! Every hotel should offer than but unfortunately they don't. I can always count on Westin for that.
Wish they had more space for parking we had a long trailer and there was not a place to park it
Excellent room and exceptional value. Very comfortable lobby and rooms are large and clean. Only criticism is only one trash can in the suite?
It was busy but quiet. Not having a casino on property was different.......it was great!!
Clean and comfortable rooms, quiet, nice staff and a good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!
We ended up having car trouble I called letting them know we were arriving late. Very friendly & understanding. Called again because we would be arriving very late so she “checked” us in (offered several room options & gave us great suggestions) so that when we arrived, we had a room already & just ...
Wheelchair accessible room. Easy access to the freeway. Poorer side of town.
The room was clean, breakfast was great, enough food. There were happy hours on Tuesday and Wednesday
I liked the ease of parking and getting in and out of the resort. Having a theater and food court was a good touch. We even got to attend a small craft show after breakfast on Saturday. The band on Friday night was decent enough to enjoy also.
I didn’t like how the evening staff would stare and watch me every time I came in from the front after I went out to smoke. Made me very uncomfortable. Other then that, the day staff was great and the stay was good.
Just the breakfast i think you can do something diferent
Very classic and opulent feeling Hotel, great view of lake and very walkable area to restaurants
The staff was wonderful, and it was very clean and well cared for. It is an older property has has been updated in terms of decoration etc. but not all parts seem to have been updated. For example, the gym is closet sized with ancient equipment. Our room also had what I’ll call “old hotel” smell. ...
Very beautiful and festive- friendly staff - food was a little pricey by good
Good rates and just wish they get a hotter breakfast
The breakfast was very good. All the employees were very polite.

There might even be a pet -sitter service available, so make sure to check when you book your reservations.
