The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful for the duration of my stay. The amenities were great, I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I felt comfortable coming back to a clean room, made it really feel like a home away from home.

The property is ok for the price, I liked the location because it is close to Heritage Park where we had all our activities, it was also clean. It definitely needs some maintenance though, floors need repairs, tv acting up, broken microwave.

The staff were great and the room was clean. Didn't like that there were no handrails to hold onto to get in the shower. Also the fan in the bathroom is sooooo dirty that it's blowing out dust!

Sheets are clean, but the walls are made of paper! You can hear everything around you very clearly. Also, mattress isn't all that comfortable. Parking is plentiful and staff are friendly. TV is tiny! With no streaming services at all! Needs lots of improvment.

Staff was courteous upon arrival and when checking out. The room was clean, but overall everything was just older. We could hear everything that happened above us and in the hall all night long- which meant poor sleep for everyone. The staff was great. Polite and courteous. Unfortunately the building is old and feels run downed. The single elevator complained about doing its job (literal shaking and creaking) Our room was dark with small light sources. Our shower and tub creaked worse than a horror movie door, per step. I felt really bad for anyone sleeping next to us or under us. It's not bad, but not what I expect from a Wyndham hotels that I have visited

Appreciated the indoor spa and pool. Location was convenient for side trips into both Boulder City and Las Vegas. Friendly staff and felt safe in the location. The morning coffee wasn't the finest ever but not a deal-killer on that point. We'll be back.

Great location for a stay near family, convenient to a ton of places in Henderson. The place definitely needs some TLC/refresh though. The staff was really nice, check in and check out were super smooth.

Terribly disappointed upon arrival. No parking, roads all torn up, common areas were filthy dirty. Room had broken heater, leaking toilet and drawers that would not stay closed. We stayed only because we arrived after midnight and were exchausted from a 11 hour drive. Told them at check in we would cancel the other two nights. Grateful for a new hotel that was willing to let us check in eary and was exceptional!
