the cleanliness, friendly staff, and scenery. from valet to customer service everyone was excellent.
Location is nice, Tram availability is an added plus. Room was comfortable and clean. Do not like the resort fees, never used any of it
The room was very clean not outdated and full amenities. Lots of options for dining and entertainment under one roof. Just park the car and have fun. We ordered room service for breakfast it was outstanding. We dined at Primarily Prime Rib. Food and service was great.
I really like this place, my family and I are enjoyed it. I highly recommend this resort to my family and friends.
Very nice room. We were getting married and the room was a bigger room with a view so we felt very special. Thank you Mandala Bay
Amazing customer service and clean hotel. Maybe add more restaurants to the location.
Great location, and many entertainments.
Very comfortable. Wish the food area prices were a little less expensive
Had a very nice experience. Convenient location, nice staff. Starbucks in building. The Spa was a great experience as well.
It was very quiet and the staff was pleasant. We had a couple of minor issues that were dealt with very quickly.
Great location Rooms are old Hotel is way too Smokey
Rooms are dated, which resort fees should be waived. Overall did not have an issue with the stay.
Nice big rooms but hair dryer cord was so small I couldn't reach to dry one side of my head. Also would have appreciated a shuttle to the Strip
This was our second stay at The Tuscany, and like the first stay everything was wonderful. When we checked into our room, the toilet was constantly running. On our way to dinner we stopped at the front desk and advised them of the problem. By the time we got back to our room a couple of hours later, ...
The hotel was very clean. It looked like it was newly remodeled.
I liked the the support guest service provided also Ivy was awesome. We loved the stay. But getting to parking was hard to get too since we’ve never been here. One of the valet guys (srcuffy bread, slim, Caucasian) spoke to us rudely about not parking in a space, we didn’t know we had made a mistake ...
the view is beautiful privacy and country thank goodness
It was a great place to stay. Very cozy, nice big suites. Would definitely stay again.
