The room and amenities were amazing! The staff was exceptional! Very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Was surpised at check in to receive champagne and chocolates. In our room was a beautiful heart shaped cake with a beautiful note to congratulate us on our 20th anniversary ❤️

The hotel is really nice and tranquil to stay for a couple of days with the family and kids. This hotel doesn’t have a casino which makes the stay convenient and pleasant. The price however is pretty high to stay here and there are different charges for the room and tax, which is new!

Excellent pool staff Snezhana, Zlata, and of course Dre. Warm welcoming front desk staff. Every one from parking attendants to room service are always great! We’ve been coming to the property for over 20 years and are looking forward to staying there again!
