Our experience at the hotel was very good. The front desk staff was welcoming during check-in. The room was clean and everything was in order. Having a sofa bed was a great option. Since there were three of us, the sofa bed ended up being very comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent, and the entire staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

Monorail right across the street. Street is busy but controlled by pedestrian button. Well lite and felt safe walking from monorail after 11pm. Breakfast is varied each day. Staff friendly and helpful with directions and places to eat. Room had real kleenex verus "rough lint dropping".

The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly. The pool was under construction, which we did care. The breakfast area was too crowded and not enough place to sit. They charged my credit card $22.00 (3 days after we left) and will not answer me why. We went there for BTS concert. Dressed in our room, went to the concert, slept and left.
