We loved the property and had a marvelous time. Our suite was beautifully appointed. I was disappointed by the signs and directions as we were lost on the property several times without clear directions. This was compounded by inaccessible exits due to COVID and unclear explanations about the MGM ...
Beautiful property, plenty of bottled water and a Sub Zero fridge to put it in. Close to shopping and 1 block off the strip. Upscale staff and peppery.
The Platinum Hotel is more like an apartment. You’ll have a washer and dryer, full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. You should have a set of 4 of everything. We were missing one of the glasses, but it wasn’t a big deal. Side by side sinks, shower and deep ...
I love the room and the check in I feel safe and the casino very clean
It was wonderful and clean. Everyone was wearing their masks. Hand sanitizer and free mask stations were everywhere. The only thing I noticed was how many things were not wheelchair accessible.
It is a more quieter hotel with all the amenities I like.cinema, bowling and places to eat all under one roof . Lost at slots . I noticed that they were practicing safe distancing, cleaning and sanitizing the place .Airport shuttle was available, walking distance to eating places too.
Easy check in, easy check out. Love the place it's self.
I loved how its perfect for a family vacation. I definitely will recommend and come again.
Love it! Since it’s close to everything my husband and I like to do!
Great place to stay as a family with little ones. Facilities are clean and rooms are comfortable- will come again.
Only thing I was disappointed about was all the restaurants are bars was not open. No shows were running either. But I’m not blaming New York it’s probably more because of the pandemic. I just wish we would have known before we booked because I would have went somewhere else.
What I liked about my visit is how pleasant my check in was with the front desk representative. What I didnt like was that there was not enough vending/ice machines.
Didn't have good lighting in the room. Bed could have been a bit softer, of course its a matter of chioce, I don't fault them for that. Bad oder throughout the 1st hallway, smelled awful, smelled like sewer line busted, nasty. From this is 2 Star hotel in my view.
Very nice Extremely inconvenient of the distance from our room to the elevators and disappointing to come down one elevator from parking lot to walk a good distance to get to thw next elevator to go up to our levwl then walk again to the room
Beautiful property, well maintained gardens. Far enough off the strip but not too far. Felt safe with all security measures. The rooms were huge!! and housekeeping did an excellent job. Only wish the heated pools were actually heated but perhaps that's due to Covid. We will stay here again and highly ...
Nice place in a nice location. Located just off I-15 but close enough to the strip.
Convenient hotel. It shares the mall space which makes it for easy access to restaurants, shops and the main strip.
Loved the contactless check in and the use of digital key. Felt safe and all employees and patrons were respectful of your personal space.
