“The hospitality (service and meals) at Shiganoyu Hotel were amazing. While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we asked to borrow their phone to call the lost in found center at the train station.
