“There is clearly a breakdown in communication between Hotels.com/Experia and the Hotel, because on the website it states a free airport shuttle service is offered, but when calling ahead to book I established that wasn't the case under my particular booking. Furthermore, even my confirmation stated I should receive free wifi and free breakfast, but I had to pay for breakfast and the wifi wasn't working. “Got it for less than $5 a night during a flash sale. You get what you pay for!
The place is difficult to locate.
The dorms stank of old socks and shoes, the bathroom was humid and didn’t flush well. Breakfast was ok, but i saw some roaches crawling on walls and in the bread box.
Had to ask then to crank up the AC, the dorm was a little warm. Staff was helpful though.
It was an ok stay, perhaps 2 or 3 stars.”
