Britannia Hotels en Knowsley

“Excellent ratio of quality to price. The restaurant dinner buffet was very limited.”

“Hotel was perfectly clean, room was nice and looked like it had been refurbished recently. We didn’t use any facilities or eat in the hotel. On arrival staff (male) just ignored us when we went to check in so we went to the female who was ok. Both lacked any service skills. Room does not have air conditioning so got rather warm with the window open in October.”

“A disappointing stay (I have stayed before & been fine). But this occasion arrived on a Saturday. room had no soap (sink or bath area) This 2 night stay wasn't a late booking! Informed reception you said they'd get it sorted. I went out for a meal, came back 2 hours later & no it wasn't sorted & they said they couldn't as the weekend. Therefore I insisted on a room change, I was put on top floor down graded from double room to twin (no small compensation etc) Sleepless night with Nightclub...

“Muy buen hotel, excelente experiencia cerca de liverpool y manchester”

“I was pleasantly surprised with it being a Britannia Hotel. Beds aren’t comfortable though, not one bit, only thing I could criticise”

“Located in a very practical area. The beach, shops and restaurants nearby. The outside could do with a little maintenance, but the inside was perfect. Wonderful room with a very high cealing, large windows and seaview. We felt like Victorian aristocrats. The breakfast was excellent.”
