“Good location, well connected. Check-in process was tedious because the payment machines did not work. The self check-in does not work if booking is made on 3rd party site or for international bookings. Also, there was issues with multiple keys in the room - apparently a problem with the key cutting device. Apart from these minor inconveniences, no issues. ”

All staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. “Lugar limpio y cerca de la estación de Parsons Green, también pasa el bus 22 al lado. La habitación 5 es más pequeña que la tuvimos anteriormente ( la 6) pero es limpia, la cama cómoda y el baño amplio. El desayuno continental es un plus. Sin duda volveremos. ”
