The best about this place was its friendly staff. The rooms are newly renovated and super clean. The fact that it has air conditioning was perfect during the heat wave. The place is perfectly located next to the Train Station and High street. I definitely recommend this place and would stay there again!

Cute little hotel and literally about a block from the tube (in American terms). Staff were very helpful. The room itself was quite small, but definitely fine for a light packer. Very clean and organized.

We had a great stay at Chiswick Rooms for six nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Stamford Brook Station (District Line) and about a 10-minute walk to My Place Chiswick for a nice English breakfast. The air conditioning was a big plus, especially in July when indoor spaces can feel warm and humid. The room also had a kettle with instant coffee, tea, and milk, which was convenient. A couple of things to note: the rooms and shower space are quite compact, which may be challenging for travelers used to larger North American spaces. The stairways are narrow, and there is no lift at Stamford Brook Station, so carrying luggage can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a very good stay and a great choice for the location. We would happily stay here again.

First the good. The room was clean and the location was good. The bad. I tried to check in 2 hours early. While I didn't expect an early room there actually was one available. However, they wanted to charge me 30 pounds. Wth? I wasnt sure if this was common for staying around London, but when I went to my next location in Richmond the staff tried to go above and beyond to get a room available when i showed up 3 hours early. The contrast in customer service was night and day. Because they wanted to take advantage of me, (my opinion) it left a bad taste in my mouth so I would not recommend staying here.

So empress with our stay at Chiswick’s Rooms perfect … Definitely stay here again.. . very clean modern, comfy bed , in this heat wonderful air con so we were so chilled, , very friendly Staff could not do enough for us… would recommend 100 percent… near all amenities, and the train station .. which for our stay was great has we headed to Wemberly for the Luke Combe Concert… for my daughter the hairdryer was amazing ,, she wanted to bring it home with us …

Booked the stay a week before my trip. The hotel met my needs, I wanted something good close enough to central London and Wimbledon. The staff was super helpful and the room was clean. If you’re going solo staying for just a few days I recommend the single room.

My room was probably the cleanest of any holiday accommodations that I have stayed at. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everything worked, and was well maintained, especially the aircon. My room on the top floor was quiet. No lift, but the stairs were fine. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestions would be a small fridge, and a separate bin for items for recycling.

The best about this place was the friendly staff. The hotel is well located close to restaurants and supermarkets and to a train station, so is really easy to move around.
