I was told I had a late check out for free, the next day I was told by the staff that the rep that told me this was a new agent and did not know their policies. I was told I could pay for a late check out as they did not have any courtesy free late check out. Not even 1 hour! That’s all I needed 1 hour.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The property was as expected for the price, but they do charge a $60 "resort fee" which I thought was a little excessive given the initial price of the room.
