Vacations Close To Mont Ham Trail

The shower floor tiles didnt seem all that clean. The water pressure in the shower was poor. And in the morning the water was turned off for at least an hour by the time we noticed. That means we couldn't use the toilet , the sink or the shower. No explanation giving,. The staff just told us the water will be turned on shortly and its being worked on

Great location and service. Beds were very comfy

we like that it feels like home, close to everything that we went and shops are nearby

The apartment is what we expected. The neighborhood had great restaurants in walking distance and was close to McGill which was perfect for us. With saying this, we were not aware that it was right across the street from a night club and the noise was in the street until 4am. We quickly got ear plugs which made it better but did not get a great sleep in the 4 nights there.

It was a horrible experience. Contact with the hotel was non existent. We booked then had to rebook a new hotel because we didn’t receive check in instructions as it was self check in and there was nobody at the actual property. Then they refused to refund me after the fact. Do not book this hotel.
