“I reserved this place for my daughter and friends who are checking out schools for college in Manila. My reservation included free breakfast and they told my daughter that it’s not, and have them pay for it. After complaining to expedia they tried to resolve it by giving them free lunch which was the same thing they had for breakfast (spam and egg). Another thing that my daughter reported that was weird was they had to leave their room keys to them whenever they leave, and that they had to call...

“This place is a little dream in the craziness that is Manila. Old world little b&b with an amazing, helpful staff. The room was small but perfectly appointed with a small balcony overlooking the street. Great art and furnishings around the lobby. Also with some amazing restaurants within close walking distance. ”
