Cozy, quiet and peaceful. Perfect for being near BF Homes and only 6 minutes walk to SM BF Homes. Great Milk Tea shop right next door. Calming swimming pool. Basic but hearty daily breakfast with proper coffee available! Parking is available which is an advantage.

Peaceful in Paranaque

The room was comfortable and clean. No facility to make coffee in the room as you'd expect from a guesthouse, but they brought a mug of hot water when asked. Breakfast so so, Filipino style, but edible. Noisy round the pool because of enclosed area. Good location close to mall, restaurants etc. I would book there again if in the area.

The help at check-in was great, including the security officer carrying our baggage to our room. The front desk was very professional and always helpful. The room was simple & clean, but was accommodating. The pool was also a plus. It is in walking distance to a super mall that has everything anyone could want, also close to the Manila Airport.

My stay was great. Service & staff were exceptional. The downside was the non-existing elevator. Three people had to bring my luggage all the way to the third floor via stairway. It seemed like it was not checked/prepared prior to our use so-it’s dusty and missing towels. The tv remote was also missing and when we asked, they said that housekeeping was close. The WiFi was intermittent at best and there was only 1 outlet in our room. We got an extension cord from the front desk and when my wife plugged it in it shot sparks and tripped a breaker somewhere in the building.

Mini kleines Zimmer ohne Safe, Tisch, Stuhl oder Kühlschrank dafür Aussicht aus dem Fenster auf eine 1 Meter entfernte Wand. Das Sitzen auf der Toilette nur schräg möglich weil zu dicht an der Wand und überhaupt das ganze "Bädchen" sowie das Zimmer viel zu klein und eng. Frühstück nur im Freien möglich und bei 35 Grad nicht ganz angenehm.
