Sadly, this will be the last time we stay at this La Quinta. Our first room was acceptable, but the ac unit made unusual noises and the room had a humid, musty smell. After moving to a second room the condition was worse. The beds were noticeably sagging. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and wall, and neither bathroom had an exhaust fan, which likely contributes to the moisture issue. The hallway also had a strong skunk-like odor.

Great stay! Weekday check-in made it calm and peaceful, with no crowds. The staff were very accommodating, and our room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

When I booked the rooms thru Expidia I was told the price included all taxes and fees. But when I arrived the hotel charged me $22 a night "destination fees" which were explained as taxes.

Clean room friendly staff perfect location off the river walk. Highly recommend.
