The hotel is wonderful and clean. The only negative was the elevator. We used the stairs (2nd floor) our entire 4 day trip because waiting for an elevator to take us downstairs could be more than a 15 minute wait. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good.

The property was clean and very nice. The food and bar area was great. Breakfast was excellent. My only complaint was the noise level from the other rooms after midnight. I could still hear loud music and talking. I brought a portable fan and was able to drown out the noise to fall asleep.

An issue arose and the staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Gilbert was accommodating and patient with us and went through great lengths to make us feel like we mattered as guests. Mars and Stephany kept in touch with us all weekend and we had the BEST time! Breakfast was amazing and dinner and drinks at the lounge were top notch. It's a beautiful hotel and everything has been updated to perfection! The staff really treated us like family. We will definitely be back.
