“Even that I told I bought my lift tickets before coming to the hotel, they charged me the amount of lifts of every day that I stayed. That’s absurd and I complained to them, however I needed to drive to Calgary and I was running out of time.
Other thing, when we checked up, they told us that the luggage would take 2 hours to get to the room, and that’s another lie, because of that we took our luggage in to the mountain, the other luggage came as the same time as we did, it aweful to be like...
