Just outside of downtown Banff - it’s 5 minute drive or 40 minute walk to downtown. free shuttle is helpful. pool, fitness center, and hot tub are adequate - but could use a renovation. Condo with loft was in great condition and staff was friendly.

Staff were efficient and always helpful when needed. We booked a 2 bedroom / 2 washrooms unit with a full kitchen - lots of space for everybody. The unit was clean and well maintained. There is a free shuttle into town that leaves regularly.
