Sadly when we arrived the panoramic room we prepaid for was given to other guests so we were put in a room with no view nor working jacuzzi and the hotel did not even give us a refund for the downgraded situation

Beim Buchen stand kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten, aber an der Unterkunft haben wir ungefähr 4 € pro Tag extra bezahlt. Das Personal war unhöflich und beim Frühstück gab es wenig zur Auswahl, außerdem war schon um 9 Uhr alles leer.

Hotel cumpre com o esperado. Café da manhã razoável, sem muitas opções. Localização boa, próximo a estação de trem, muita variedade de restaurantes, mercado ao lado. A região a principio parece um pouco perigosa, mas é só a aparência, voltamos para o hotel a noite e todas as lojas estavam abertas, bem tranquilo.

Service 1 A, Zimmer sauber schön und sehr modern eingerichtet, Frühstück lecker, Es ist das erste Mal das ich mich in Istanbul in einem Hotel so WOHL gefühlt habe. Werde im März mit Freunden dort wieder sein. Es ist sehr zentral, die HILFSBEREITSCHAFT ist Top.
