Our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience that ruined our family vacation. The hotel staff showed a complete lack of respect for guest privacy—a staff member entered our room without knocking or providing any notice while we were inside. When confronted, they falsely claimed they had knocked. Additionally, the room was not cleaned to the standard expected of a 5-star hotel. We also had no internet access for 24 hours, and the hotel's explanation was inadequate. Having stayed in many 5-star hotels in Turkey and abroad, I can confidently say this hotel does not meet those standards.

Check in very flow with very poor communications in English from the front desk and loads loads of maintenance issues in room 1217 particular the a/c doesn’t work !!! Internet keeps dropping off I believe this hotel is mainly for business purposes which keeps me wondering how do these business people cope !!!!! The only staff who could speak English is the lady with short curly hair wearing a blazer but the rest of the staff it’s like banging ur head against a brick of wall to communicate with them
