This hotel has been so far my best experience in Istanbul. Location, rooms, amenities, and staff were top notch. A special call out to Ahsen at the front desk, and -forgot his name but the young restaurant manager at the Atrox Lounge. They have acommodated all of our requests. Especially the value offering is great compared to some other hotels in Istanbul can cost 3-4 times more. I have no reservations picking this hotel for my next trip.

The hotel was mixed. Front lobby staff was great as was the dinner dining room, but room service was a challenge. Housekeeping did fine, but didn't replace things we used, like the cups and spoons for tea and when I went to the bar and asked for a separate cup to take to my room (my cups were not replaced), they didn't make it easy.
