This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The property is dark, run-down, and frankly disgusting. The dishes were chipped and dirty. Doors looked like they could fall off at any moment, and the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. It felt neglected, unclean, and completely unacceptable. Save your money and stay anywhere else.”

The stay was very fine. Thanks! What I did not liked: The "lock" of the door was once broken probably and was being repaired but kind of in a provisionally way because there was a space between door and lock. This felt a little bit unsafe.

1) Room practically had no wifi. You had to stand close to hallway for any signal. They could not address it even after multiple complaints. 2) Laundry room had 1 working washing machine, no dryer 3) Street parking only 4) Might be a Brand/Design thing but I don’t understand 20 step climb to reservation desk. There should be easy roll in from street level. Otherwise good price for descent comfort

No maintenance, no clean

The hotel is clearly intended to be a modern day business chic hotel. The design of the premises is good. Sadly that's where it ends. Rooms are not properly maintained, not very clean, towels were stained and torn. There was literally a hole on the wall the size of my fist with the insides showing. There was no place to hang hand towels. No tissues inside the room. It doesn't even have an internal phone line, you have to call the reception on an outside line. The door did not have a physical lock, only an electronic button not sure if it really locks or not.

I rated excellent cause i didn’t want to affect your rating. We booked and a big delay happened in London airport which caused a 100 flight cancellation. So we missed our hotel booking and the hotel didn’t want to put our booking on hold. This is poor customer service when you don’t have a suitable accommodation for your customer.

Ich war vor einigen Jahren bereits mehrmals Gast in diesem Hotel und hatte es damals als sauberes, modernes und gepflegtes Haus in Erinnerung. Umso enttäuschender war mein aktueller Aufenthalt. Der Zustand des Hotels entspricht aus meiner Sicht keinesfalls dem Standard, den man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde. Besonders kritisch ist die mangelnde Hygiene zu bewerten. Die Sauberkeit ließ in mehreren Bereichen deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Hinzu kommt, dass viele Einrichtungsgegenstände und Bereiche des Hotels stark abgenutzt wirken. Auch der Service konnte leider nicht überzeugen, da das Personal teilweise wenig freundlich auftrat. Insgesamt hat das Hotel im Vergleich zu früher deutlich an Qualität verloren. Schade, denn ich habe hier in der Vergangenheit gerne übernachtet. Ein weiterer Aufenthalt kommt für mich daher nicht mehr infrage.

Daha önce farklı Cityloft otellerinde kalmıştım. Bu otele raylı sistem çok yakın değil, bu yüzden araçla gidilmeli fakat otelin otoparkı mevcut değil. otelin bulunduğu sokakta boş yerlere araç bırakabilirsiniz. 1+0 şekilde idi kaldığım oda, bazı mutfak gereçleri var. tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir konaklama. Kahvaltı veya yemek almadım bu yüzden yorum yapamıyorum.
