“El departamento estaba ok. La cocina era chica (en las fotos es medio confuso saber cual te toca); el baño y la ducha estaban ok y limpias. Ahuyenta mucho que tengan los tachos de basura repletos y olorientos en la entrada del edificio... pero el departamento en sí esta ok, y el chico que nos atendió fue sumamente atento y resolutivo.”

“Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful. “The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. ”

“Overall pretty good experience. It’s next to an arena and only a few minutes walk to the train station and a few minutes train ride to Luzern. The kitchen is small and only has basic supplies but it’s plenty for just three of us. For the price I think we will consider staying there again.”
