New York (NYC) to San Juan (SJU)
The day I got there, there was water on the floor in the bedroom & bathroom area. Also, the AC was set at 77° and it wouldn't turn down. I asked several days in a row for housekeeping, finally Wednesday the room was cleaned. It took them until Thursday to fix the AC. Every day they will tell me it was fixed, until I got back to the room and found out it wasn't. Also, everytime you take a shower, water goes outside the shower, as there is no door, curtain or anything to keep the water from going outside of the shower. I will definitely stay away from this place.

Property is nice, clean and secure with parking included however there is no elevator so you’ll have to carry luggage up the narrow stair case which can possibly strain your back.
