Houston Hotel Rooms at the Independent

We loved the pool and hot tub. A little disappointed that the lazy river wasn't heated yet but we still had fun

The staff were very good. The room was perfect. Will stay there again.

For the price and the location, that’s a win win,front desk remembers me & very friendly n super helpful. I don’t know why you wouldn’t wanna stay here.

Always a great place to relax. Nice, pretty staff are always accomodating.

It was a nice hotel but had to pay $50 to check in early for “rushed housekeeping” for a room that was clearly ready because we got to check in right away.

We liked the overall stay and the pool was awesome. We also had a beautiful view located in the oasis

Staff very friendly. Rooms clean. Air conditioner seemed to not go below 74 degrees and fridge did not stay cold

Just used to get away for the night. Room was clean!

The new Opus Bistro adds a lot to this property. Nice outdoor seating at it too.
