“We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of August. Easy parking & very well signposted. We were shown to our spacious room by Alan. Lovely room, lovely view, lovely bathroom. Electric shower over the bath, which was plenty powerful & a choice of toiletries. We could choose what breakfast we wanted & there was also fruit, yoghurt & cereal which is eaten in a nice breakfast room. The hosts were very friendly & attentive. I would definitely recommend & return. ”

“Had a great stay here whilst attending a nearby wedding. The hostess Vicky was very helpful. flexible and friendly. “We loved Bluebell farm and the hosts.Lovely Breakfast friendly hosts The only thing we didn't like was the height of the shower head that we had available from the family rooms The shower head was too low for us to stand under so we had to bend over to try and take a shower which was too uncomfortable for me so didn't bother If this was replaced it would be better to have an adjustable one that was higher.”

“I booked this hotel for a last minute mini break for myself and my best friend. The hotel was the cheapest i could find with decent reviews so we decided to go for it. The pub is quirky and welcoming, with a selection of board games, the hotel is dated but all in order and well kept. My ONLY criticism is that the bath room had had a wipe over but i don't believe it had had a decent deep clean in a while. Otherwise, for the price, it was brilliant. “Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll. Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead. Very clean and well kept property. ”
