The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room. The spa facilities were nice & clean.

We paid £83 for a family room (2 kids 2 adults) so for the money it was great! We used the pool twice, the changing rooms aren’t in the best condition so we went straight back to the room for a shower we visited a local pub for dinner and had a breakfast cob in ZEST the following morning. We usually stay in Marriott’s in comparison this is dated and pool area and general facilities need a refurb but we just needed a place to sleep and a pool to entertain the kids after a day a Warwick castle! No complaints for the price!
