Everything we asked for was arranged smoothly, from fast-track services at the airport to day trips to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. “We stayed just for one night and everything was fantastic, in particular, the staff and all the services. Rooms are nice and comfortable too. It is near train street in the Old Quarter and close to other points of interest. We absolutely recommend this hotel. ”
