The only thing they where doing some repairs at 8 am and they wake me up, how come the do reparations at moose in the same hotel at such early time. Also the decoration and appliances are suite nice and trendy but if you look in detail they look worn out. The rest is very good the best asset the good personal service”

“Overall, it was an okay experience. But we left the apartment with the AC turn on and when we came back it was turn off, when we said that we didn't want cleaning service that day. Also we book a bus with them to halong and we left more than one hour after the stablished hour, so I won't recommend booking additional services with them if you are in a rush.”
