Our stay at La Sinfonía del Rey was absolutely amazing! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, the food was delicious, and every meal was a great experience. What made our stay truly special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We traveled with our family, including our two-year-old son, and they made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. The location is also perfect for exploring Hanoi. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will always remember our time here. We highly recommend La Sinfonía del Rey to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you to the entire team for making our family trip so memorable!

This hotel is in a great location, close to the old quarter as well as the French quarter and right in front of the lake. All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. We used the spa and my wife said it was one of the best treatmentws she has ever had. The rooftop bar has an excellent view over Hanoi.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, probably the best we have had in Vietnam. But what makes this place special is the staff who go above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience. A special mention to Henry, Guest Relations Officer, for his help. They really went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Even on arrival, they met us at a drop off point (the street in front of the hotel is a walking zone on weekends) to collect bags and escort us the 50 meters to the door.
