“I've stayed at Somerset/ ascot properties before. The check in was easy, the wifi was nice, the staff gave us a tour and showed us to our rooms when it was ready. The room we were given was very run down and old. The property itself looks very nice and new, the room however could use some updates. Yet the basics were there. The beds were ok ( we had two regular twin beds) the tvs were so old, small and outdated. I dont know when the washer was cleaned last ( this is why I booked with them). They...
