The choice and quality of food both at breakfast and dinner was excellent, well priced and very tasty. “I booked and paid for 3 nights this week. Before arriving, I called the landline at about 11:45 no answer. On arrival just before the 3 pm check-in time the place was shut, doors locked and curtains drawn. Called the mobile number several times and messaged the mobile to inform the person I was waiting to check in. At about 15:30 I had to check into ANOTHER hotel as I had meetings in Corbridge at 16:15. On returning to Hexham I noted the pub was open and I spoke to the manager about the issues I...

“Great hotel and very friendly staff. Delicious salmon for dinner and breakfast was great. The room was very comfortable and big. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, which in my case was good, because that is what we were looking for.”
