“Don’t use the pool facilities they were very dirty! There were hairs and pieces of tissue floating around the pool… when my wife got back to the changing room she said another lady in there had asked if she had just been in and if not, don’t. The breakfast was nice and the staff were nice and so was the local area! We had an upgraded room which they said was newly renovated but they must have forgot to renovate the bathroom haha Free parking!”

“Most things okay, but as is too often the case, the secure cycle storage requested and confirmed in the booking stage didn't exist! Really not happy leaving an irreplaceable bespoke bicycle in the cleaner's room!”
