“Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.”

“The rooms were well prepared and clean. Location was very convenient for our needs during the stay. ”

“The main issue was spending 1.5 hours trying to find the place. Only 10 -15 mins walk from New St station, but walked round blocks several times, asked people etc to no avail. Post code inaccurate. Started to think we'd been scammed! Eventually asked at Enclave reception if they knew where StayCozy were. Unfortunately, on arrival we found that the sleeping arrangements did not match what was advertised. The first-floor bedroom had only one bed, even though the listing photos showed two beds. The second-floor bedroom was advertised with one double bed and one single bed, but it only had one...

“No issues at all, easy, great location”

“Room’s cleaning standards were very basic. Room for some improvement there it would benefit for sure. Very minor issues found with one or two ants I found in the room, and some foreign hairs on bedding on the first day, checking in. The kitchen and bathroom again require more monitoring/cleaning before use, as they’re shared, but given the prices of the rooms it isn’t unreasonable to expect guests to tidy up after themselves. Staffing mainly remote but friendly. Depending on your needs this a...
