Chalets en Grimstead

“Stayed here a few days for a personal retreat, to have a nice quiet place to sit and work, in pleasant surroundings. This place was perfect for that. Ticked all my boxes: parking, en-suite bathroom, desk in room. There is a common area with microwave oven and cutlery and plates/bowls and tea/coffee (there is tea/coffee and kettle in the room anyway), so I never ran out of hot drinks. The view outside my window was very pleasant - a green field sloping up to some houses in the distance. Just what...

“El hotel es hermoso , el staff muy àmable y el desayuno muy bueno. Lo único que nos sorprendio e incómodo fue que en una estancia de 3 NOCHES, la habitación nunca se limpió, ni siquiera se sacó la basura o se cambiaron las toallas. Es una lástima si falta de limpieza ya que nuestra calificación hubiera sido mucho mejor si esto no hubiera pasado”

“Loved the old building. The restaurant staff(( 2 young men) were very good. The food was great too. Liked the room. Clean and comfortable bed, good shower, not enough clothes storage. Not happy with my check in experience and the way it was dealt with. 40minutes wasted hanging about waiting. Fire alarm in the night. A fault in the system.No-one on premises to sort it out. Fire brigade came. We were outside an hour.”

“The amenities in the room are excellent with lovely bath products and a well stacked tea/coffee tray which includes illy coffee- my favourite. The food is very good ‘pub grub’ with an excellent wine list. Large outside sitting spaces to enjoy the best of the British weather and cozy indoor spaces if the weather is not the best.”

“Stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely stay again! The rooms were nice and cosy, great food options, quiet location, friendly staff and only a few minutes drive from car parks to walk in the New forest. Highly recommend”
