“Great gem of a hotel. Had a great 1 night stay in a single room for whilst visiting the Lytham Festival. Room had a single bed with shower en suite. Television, ketle and tea and coffee. Bed linen and towels included. As was a full breakfast, cooked to order with choice of cereals. Yes the rooms need a little tlc with the odd spot of flaking paint. “Old fashioned decor, but had everything we needed, staff were friendly, good location, would stay again”

“The hotel is in desperate need of an up grade. The.bathroom was small and tired, it was impossible to regulated the hot water in the shower. We were allocated a family room on the 4th floor but the lift only went upto the 3rd floor, both of us are over 70,so carrying luggage and belongings up was a nightmare. NEVER AGAIN”

“Lovely foyer upon arrival. Nicely carpeted throughout. Fast lift to all floors. Lovely room. The one thing that let it down was a lot of people's rooms still weren't ready upon check-in. We were given free drink vouchers whilst we waited however the whole process to check in took over an hour. With 2 young children, I found this quite excessive.”
